Hi Mark,
all your products have been synced and the sales forecasts and order proposals have also been generated:
The 'item not found' error can happen when some changes are made to the settings (weeks of stock, lead time) before the synchronisation was completed.
We have rerun the sync and all products are now up to date.
Cost prices are a unique field in Shelf Planner, as we use the average cost prices, they will have to be entered manually, or as part of the purchase order creation.
