There are a few free field text you can use for each SKU and they can also be upload by bulk either through CSV or Excel files.

We don't have a dedicated field for EAN codes, but some of the free text fields could be used for this.

From WooCommerce, we include all products meta data, such as Product ID, SKU nr, Variation ID, etc.

If you use the EAN code that is present in WooCommerce - we don't import this yet, but it is planned in our roadmap.
